Pictured above is the United States Naval Academy's Bancroft Hall. It was here, over a decade ago, that the founders of 8TH Wing Partners, Zach Lewis and Tom Lacey, first crossed paths in Bancroft's 8th Wing. This pivotal meeting marked the beginning of a journey fueled by shared values, relentless dedication, and a vision for sustainable growth.

Tom and Zach met over twelve years ago at the Naval Academy, where they forged a friendship built on shared discipline, resilience, and leadership. Though their careers took them in different directions—Tom into the Marine Corps and Zach as a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy—they remained close, exchanging ideas about leadership and business. Their partnership in 8th Wing Partners is a natural extension of their shared values, bringing their experience in strategy and stewardship to businesses navigating transition.
